Well, Happy New Year! It is now officially 2012, and in many places schools are resuming today or tomorrow after the holidays. Our school assemblies are back on the road this morning with some schools enjoying programs already this chilly morning on January 2.

Christmas is almost here and New Years Eve is, of course, right behind. 2011 is almost history and we will soon be trying to remember to write 2012 on all our checks (I will probably remember around February, myself).

We are now well into December and the Holidays are right around the corner! To one section of the population that only means one thing! Time is running out before the Blue And Gold Banquet season is upon Cub Scout Troops everywhere!
Many schools are having a difficult time during the current economic slowdown finding funds for bringing school shows to their students. Times are hard! But Mobile Ed does not think that the kids should have to suffer and wants to help!
As we grow close to the end of 2011 we are looking back and we are pretty geeked about some of our accomplishments this year! Number one among them is the fact that we are still here!
Yesterday we spoke a little about middle school assemblies and assembly ideas for school shows that play well at that age level. We just received a really nice e-mail following a performance of our Sky Dome Planetarium in California, and although this was an elementary school assembly, it reminded me how well this inflatable planetarium works for middle school aged kids as well.
