I wrote awhile back about Kathleen Day, a stellar performer for us who hails from the great city of Springfield, Ohio and performs Ohio school assemblies, as well as assemblies in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and other parts of the Midwest.

I just received a new photo of Kathleen in performance with the Earth Balloon and I wanted to share it!

Kathleen is our Midwest school assembly performer for The Earth Dome (our name for The Earth Balloon), They Made a Difference (Women in History), Forces and Motion, and Crime Scene Science. Don't be fooled by the distance perspective in the photo. The Earth Balloon is way behind Kathleen and thus appears smaller than it really is. In actuality it is huge, Kathleen is a sweetheart and schools adore her. 

Here is what principal, Mr. Pat Haney, of Noblesville, Indiana, had to say about Kathleen and The Earth Dome:

I have been able to observe parts of Kathleen's presentations today, and I must say that she is one of the best enrichment facilitators that I have seen. The Earth Balloon is, of course, our phenomenal Earth science school assembly where we bring into the school a gigantic planet Earth (19’ tall!), which is covered in high resolution photography of the planet’s surface taken from the space shuttle. This cool school assembly teaches kids all about Mother Earth, it’s geography, climate and geology in an unforgettable day.

Kathleen tours through the Midwest. So if you are looking for ideas for Michigan school assemblies, or Ohio school assemblies, or school assemblies anywhere throughout the Midwest, The Earth Balloon is certainly something to consider. But don’t forget about Kathleen’s other programs! She is just as good with those, too!
