Such is the case with Dave Killion, a great school assembly performer from the far North of Michigan. David and his family live up in Higgins Lake, Michigan. Having performed for us in the past with both the Sky Dome Planetarium and The Earth Dome (aka Earth Balloon), and having taken time off to try his hand at teaching, David asked to come back into our little family this year and we were glad to have him back!
David comes from a family of educators. His father was a Michigan school principal, and his sister is a teacher in a school in Indiana. Teaching is just in his blood! David came back this year to take on the Sky Dome Planetarium again, and also our science assembly Physics is Fun.
Along the way Dave does Michigan school shows, Ohio school shows, Indiana school shows and Kentucky school shows. His tour has him doing school assemblies in Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. But the shows he loves the best are his Michigan school assemblies, since they allow him to get back home to Higgins Lake, Michigan just a little bit sooner!
He is a true Midwest school assembly guy, and a great one. We are really glad to have him back!Geoff Beauchamp is the Regional Manager of Mobile Ed Productions where "Education Through Entertainment" has been the guiding principal since 1979.
