It is always difficult trying to please everyone. We all know the old quote from Mr. Lincoln, right? “You can fool some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time. Well, trying to please everyone with the school assemblies we offer is a little similar to that. But this year, in California, we think we have it covered!
The Golden State gets nine great school assemblies available throughout the year for 2011-2012 and we have tried to cover all the bases.
Mathematics is a subject on all educators minds these days with mandatory testing in math making headlines regularly. Imathimation, our great new mathematics school show makes it’s second appearance in California next year, following a brilliant debut on the left coast this year.
Our marvelous Sky Dome Planetarium and Earth Balloon programs, two of our very best, are once again available with the suave and sophisticated Mario taking the performance duties again with each.
My very favorite Mobile Ed school assembly the elegant and exciting Young Authors Day, which happens to be the single most perfect alternative to high priced author visits available, is offered in California throughout the year. Of course, since this show features the talents of a mime we also have a fun filled Cultural Arts offering in Mime Time, performed in California schools by the same talented performer.
In the history department we offer both The Living Lincoln (another of my favorites - he said blushingly) and They Made a Difference, an awesome school assembly about the accomplishments of famous women in history.
If Character Counts in your school, then you will be excited to learn that in 2011 our Inspector Iwannano returns to California with a rollicking 45 minute program about the six pillars of character. This show is a real treat and a great way to positively influence the development of the characters of our children.
And what would a menu from Mobile Ed Productions be without a representative school assembly in the field of science? For 2011-2012 we again feature The Magic of Science, our most popular science assembly and a guaranteed blast of fun!
So that rounds out the list of programs for 2011-2012.
With science, history, astronomy, geography, cultural arts and character values all covered, I think you will find something for everyone in our slate of school assemblies this year.
So, what are you waiting for? Give us a call!
