This month this prestigious award goes to Bo, the black and white Portuguese Water Dog who lives with President Obama and the First Family.
We would like to say the competition was tough but in all fairness there were no other entries, and Bo is very cute. Still, apparently Bo did actually contribute a little to world diplomacy recently. It seems President Obama was engaged in high level talks with Aung San Suu Kyi, Myanmar Nobel laureate, and the conversation turned to the subject of Bo as both leaders share a love of dogs!
Of course, our live animal school assembly programs such as Animals and the Environment don't manage to influence foreign leaders, as Bo does, but they do have a wonderful and educational impact on kids, and, after all, are not the kids of today the leaders of tomorrow?
So, here is to Bo! Mobile Ed Productions School Assembly Dog of the Month for November!
Aw... isn’t he adorable!
