Mike Carrell is a veteran school show presenter for Mobile Ed Productions. Originally from Oklahoma, Mike is a very friendly, funny and gregarious fellow with a wonderful happy outlook on life. He has worked in the field of school assemblies for many years and has worked all over the country. He is one of our presenters for our Earth Balloon assembly “The Earth Dome” and also  brings our television production assembly “Lights Camera Action” into schools.

Sitting here in the depths of our Michigan winter, we thought to turn our gaze westward toward warmer places for a change. Midwest school assemblies or school shows on the East Coast are usually the topic of this blog, but we have been looking at Michigan school assembly performers and Ohio school assembly performers so much lately I thought we might look westward instead, and follow that California Dream a little. 

Based in Michigan, as we are, many of our school assembly performers are Michigan artists and teachers. It also happens frequently that performing school assemblies will get into your blood. A great school show performer, having worked for us for awhile, will retire to some other profession only to find they miss our odd little world.
