World-class musician Guy Louis takes your school on a trip around the world through a celebration of its musical diversity in the World Music Tour school assembly.
In this 45-minute assembly program, your students will rock out to live music from Africa, India, Europe, and America's past and present. Not only will Guy Louis introduce, explain, and perform a half-dozen beautiful and unique instruments, but your kids will also join the band with their own instruments! Guy truly has a gift for motivating young people to get involved in music, dance, and artistic expression, sometimes using fifty (or more!) students at once!
This has been Guy Louis’s most popular in-school enrichment assembly program for 30 years! Students learn about different cultures and traditions as they hear and participate in various music from around the world. It is an enrichment presentation that encourages an understanding and appreciation of diversity.
